I have been a fashion/style content creator for the past seven years and have always wanted to apply my love of dressing to a personal styling career, but I didn't have any prior knowledge or training in body types and how to dress real woman after having only practised styling principles on myself. In the Personal Styling for a Career course I have gained the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to work with other women to help them with their wardrobe and dressing dilemmas. I loved learning about the different body shapes, how to dress them and Melissa's revolutionary Hourglass Balancing Method. I have always been an avid fan of creating capsule wardrobe edits and the course has given me further knowledge and skill in how to put together functional and practical capsule wardrobes for women of different ages and at different lifestyle stages. I am excited to apply everything that I have learned and to set up my online personal styling services as the course not only gives you the personal styling knowledge and tools you need but advice and tips on creating your own business too. I would love for there to be a colour analysis course in the future and would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of taking Melissa's course!

I have always wanted to help people and my career has crossed that in hospitals, an insurance company, an elite homebuilder assistant and back into Human Resources for a family run business presently. To those wishing to gift women of this world to see their beauty and celebrate it with them this course is for you. I highly recommend it whole-heartedly. The video format was straightforward, the worksheets easy to complete. The real woman examples/models were very generous sharing their attributes, what their lifestyles where and what they wanted to achieve from the styling. I only have wonderful words for this program. I always adored fashion and helping woman see their beauty as unique as it is. The course has helped me learn skills that allows me to help women really "see" their beauty and recreate it in their daily lives. what a gift to share ... I have completed the course and have held back completing the examination portion as I wanted to be able to "intern" so to speak and do styling for family, friends and anyone willing to allow me to gain experience. I look forward to feeling confident and practiced enough to complete the exam portion of the program very soon. Melissa and her team truly have put together a course that allows you to learn at your own pace and it's amazing when you start styling how much you truly have learnt, and a side perk is people start to notice how you are styling yourself :-). Unlike other courses I’ve taken or books I have read, she focuses on real women with real bodies, offering practical and useful information with many videos demonstrating her points. Her emphasis on everyday styling is spot-on. No high fashion fluff—just strategies to help women feel great in what they wear. The virtual styling section was a standout to me. In today's digital world, knowing how to style clients remotely is a must. Melissa's thorough videos cover everything, from virtual consultations to assembling virtual wardrobes from head to toe.
